Overall, the result of fatigue is when there is internal imbalance in the body. As we know, acupuncture is able to bring these imbalances back to an equilibrium and return you to your healthiest state.

Ways to treat fatigue on your own would be getting enough sleep every night, consistent physical activity, a balanced diet, and trying to keep your stress at a minimum. Along with a good change in lifestyle and acupuncture, your fatigue can be treated.
